From The Signs of The Times Dept.: Yesterday I marched in the Hands Off protest march. I felt it was important to be there and to make photographs. I took a subway to Bryant Park and just dove in and joined the throng. I heard no speeches. The statements were made by the signs and the people themselves. There was a lot of imagination, wit, muted anger and spirit and a feeling of like mindedness and unity. Unity and action are what is necessary these days and I hope yesterday was a good start. I hope you enjoy the pix.
