Dorothy Moore on Cover of Bluesblast

The good folks at Blues Blast Magazine selected my photo of Grammy-nominated singer Dorothy Moore for this month’s cover image.

Ms. Moore is based in Mississippi and is also a label owner, educator, and activist. With a long history in blues, gospel, and soul, she is perhaps best known for her 1976  big hit “Misty Blue.” In addition to the cover, other pictures accompany a great interview by Mike Stephenson.
